यु: पुमान् यश: स्वर्ग कीर्ति पुण्यं बलं श्रियं ।
पशु सुखं धनं धान्यं प्राप्नुयान्मातृ वन्दनात् ।।
શ્લોક નો અર્થ : તેને યશ, સ્વર્ગ, કીર્તિ, પુણ્ય, બળ, શ્રેય, પશુ, સુખ, ધન, અનાજ એ બધુજ મળે છે, જે માતાની દીલ થી સેવા કરે છે.
A man who serve mother truthfully will be blessed with long life, success, heaven, fame, Laxmi, wealth, cattle, food grain, and everything.
आस्तां तावदियं प्रसूतिसमये दुर्वारशूलव्यथा
नैरुच्यं तनुशोषणं मलमयी शय्या च सांवत्सरी ।
एकस्यापि न गर्भभार भरण क्लेशस्य यस्याः क्षमो
दातुं निष्कृतिमुन्नतोऽपि तनयः तस्यैः जनन्यै नमः ।।
-मातृपञ्चकम्
શ્લોક નો અર્થ : પ્રસુતિ સમયે શૂળવ્યથા - સહન કરાયેલી આત્યંતિક પીડા, સ્વાદિષ્ટ ભોજન માટેની અરુચિ અને ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન શરીરના પરિણમેલા સ્ત્રાવ, પ્રસુતિ પછી આખા વર્ષ દરમ્યાન બાળક દ્વારા ગંદી કરાયેલી શય્યા, આ બધું જવા દો, આખું વર્ષ બાળક નું ગર્ભ ધારણ કરી તેનું વજન વહન કરે છે, સહન કરે છે. આ બધાં નું વળતર ખુબ મોટો મહાન અને કીર્તિમાન પુત્ર પણ કદી આપી શકતો નથી.આવી માતા ને મારા વંદન.
Meaning : The acute irrepressible pain endured by the mother at the time of delivery, the distaste towards food and the resulting emaciation of the body during pregnancy, the year-long period after delivery, during which the bed was dirtied by the baby – let all these be. But the suffering that the mother endures in carrying the weight of the foetus throughout pregnancy, can never be compensated the least by a son, even if he is great and famous. Salutations to that mother.
नास्ति मातृ समा छाया नास्ति मातृ समा गति:।
नास्ति मातृसमं त्राण नास्ति मातृसमा प्रिया ।।
શ્લોક નો અર્થ : માતા સમાન કોઈ છાંયડો નથી, માતા સમાન કોઈ સહારો કે ગતિ નથી, માતા સમાન કોઈ રક્ષક નથી, અને માતા સમાન કોઈ પ્રિયજન નથી.
अर्थात : माता के समान कोई छाया नहीं, माता के समान कोई सहारा नहीं. माता के समान कोई रक्षक नहीं है और माता के समान कोई प्रिय चीज नहीं।
"માં તે માં બીજા બધા વન વગડા ના વા"
"મોસાળ માં જમવાનું ને માં પીરસનારી"
